Royi Sal Return Policy
All sales are final; once customer sends order confirmation order cannot be cancelled or changed
Defective items must be reported within 5 working days after receipt together with the style no., & commercial invoice no., provided by Royisal Co., Ltd.
All incorrect items or shortages must be reported and please provide commercial invoice no., in question when contacting the Royisal sales team.
Defective item must be returned within 30 days after receipt together with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by Royisal Co., Ltd.
Returned item must be original condition. Royi Sal need to charge for cost of repair, rework of returned used item.
All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Replacement merchandise delivery cost is response by Royi Sal
Packaging and return instructions;
The Royi Sal sales team will inform you of the packaging and return instructions upon providing you with the RMA number.
Please be aware that no credits or refunds will be issued unless agreed in advance
Please allow 4-8 weeks for us to receive and process the replacement merchandise.
