We specifically choose team members who can adapt and provide skillsets that act as missing pieces to the team in support of each other. And decisions are made as a team, together under Mr. Royi Gal and Management’s leadership. OEM and ODM Clients have long lasting relationships with us based on the set up of our company infrastructure and the continuous development of processes, technologies and capability. This evolution did not happen for Royi Sal Jewelry overnight. The Heart of Jewelry is in its aesthetic and design. Discussed together with Production, Jewelry pieces are designed for the Client either (or both) in Hand Drawn designs and in 3D CAD. Trends and Modern Design Influences are always absorbed into the way we design for client brands. We are consistently pushing ourselves to be leaders in creation of trends. Graphics, Video and Packaging all Support in the next steps to deliver to the client.

Our Production Team consist of expert craftsmen that know each process of Jewelry Production based on direct hands-on experience.
