Your Journey with Royi Sal
From Idea to Delivery
We've designed a smooth, transparent process to help you bring your jewelry ideas to life — whether you're launching your first line or scaling your bestsellers. Here's what to expect when you partner with us:
Stage 01
Begin with Your Vision
Every collection begins with an idea.
Tell us about your brand, creative direction, and the products you would like to create. Whether you have sketches, CAD files, inspiration images, or physical samples, we welcome anything that helps us understand your vision.
Our team will review your inquiry and get back to you within one business day, Monday through Friday.

We aim to respond to new project inquiries within one business day. Complex technical requests may require additional review.
Stage 02
Discover the Best Path Forward
Once we understand your goals, your dedicated Royi Sal contact will help determine the most suitable development approach for your project.
You may choose to customize an existing Royi Sal design, create an entirely original collection, refine a current product, or reproduce a physical sample.
Our standard minimum order quantity starts from 25 pieces per plating finish for our in-house designs. Custom designs generally require 50 pieces per plating finish. Rings typically require at least 15 pieces per size across a minimum of three sizes. Final MOQ depends on design, materials and production method and will be confirmed in your quotation.

Stage 03
Refine the Details
Refine your designs for production.
Before development begins, our design and technical specialists carefully review your concept from every angle.
We assess comfort, durability, production feasibility, and target cost to ensure your design is ready for successful manufacturing. When improvements are recommended, we explain them clearly and present thoughtful alternatives for your consideration.
Nothing moves forward until you are completely confident with the direction.

Estimated review time: 3–5 working days
Stage 04
Receive Your Project Estimate
With the design direction established, we prepare a detailed quotation tailored to your project.
This includes product pricing, minimum order quantities, sample development costs, estimated lead times, and payment terms. If there are any elements that may change during development, they are clearly identified from the beginning to help you plan with confidence.

Stage 05
Project Review Meeting
Once the quotation is approved and the initial payment is received, we will arrange a conference meeting with you to review the project together.
During the meeting, we carefully review and confirm all key details, including materials, specifications, finishes, and design requirements. This ensures everyone shares the same vision before sample development and craftsmanship begin.

Stage 06
See Your Design Come to Life
This is where your concept becomes reality.
Your design is transformed into a physical sample that you can see, hold, and experience firsthand. We recommend sample development and approval before bulk production, especially for new or technically complex designs. For eligible repeat orders or projects with agreed specifications, sampling may be waived by mutual written agreement. Any waiver and associated risks will be confirmed before production.
Once the design is approved, we create the physical sample for you to evaluate proportions, comfort, finishing details, and overall craftsmanship. Every completed sample is carefully inspected before shipment, and bulk production begins only after your final approval.

Stage 07
Move Into Production With Confidence
Once your sample has been approved and the production deposit has been received, we begin preparing your order for manufacturing.
The approved sample serves as the master reference throughout production, helping our team maintain consistency in dimensions, materials, finishing, and craftsmanship across every piece.

Standard bulk production typically takes approximately 6–8 weeks after all required approvals and payment conditions are completed. The confirmed schedule depends on design complexity, materials, order volume and factory capacity, and will be provided by our Planning team.
Stage 08
Quality at Every Step
Quality checks are incorporated throughout development and manufacturing, with final inspection before dispatch. Our team checks relevant specifications, finish, setting and overall workmanship against the approved requirements.
From design review and sample development to production and final packaging, every stage is carefully monitored by our quality team. We inspect measurements, stonesetting security, plating quality, finishing details, and overall workmanship to ensure consistency and reliability.
This attention to detail helps ensure the finished order reflects the standards approved during development.
