What shipping options do you offer?
We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and the local Post Office. Delivery through UPS, FedEx, or DHL usually takes 3-4 business days to major cities like New York, London, or Sydney. The Post Office is a more budget-friendly option and typically takes 1-3 weeks.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes, and we highly recommend it for high-value or irreplaceable orders. Insurance covers loss or damage during transit, with cost based on the value and level of coverage you choose.
What is your typical production timeline?
Production takes about 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the season and order size. For larger orders, we can offer partial shipments so you receive products as they're ready.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Our MOQ is 25 pieces for standard-sized items and 50 for smaller items like studs and charms. This helps us maintain quality and production efficiency.
How does pricing work?
Design and development costs usually range from $100 to $300, depending on complexity. Sample pricing is generally three times the wholesale cost due to the low-volume nature. Bulk orders benefit from lower unit pricing and potential discounts.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 40% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 60% due before shipping. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, PayPal, and more. For orders involving precious metals like gold, full material payment is needed upfront.
What is the design and prototype process like?
We begin by understanding your vision and reference materials. After consultation, we create 3D models or sketches. Once finalized, we develop a prototype and, if you're happy with it, move into production.
Do you offer design protection?
Yes, we offer Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to keep your designs safe and your intellectual property secure throughout the process.
What materials do you work with?
We work with gold, silver, brass, and bronze - including recycled options. For children's jewelry, we use materials that are free from lead, nickel, and cadmium. We also offer a wide range of semiprecious stones, pearls, and enameling.
