Our Capabilities JEWELRY SKETCHING Converting the creative and artistic concepts into visual designs by hand-drawing or computer-aided 2D sketching to provide all details including dimensions, metal type and color, gemstones and so on which will be used as a guideline in all next steps until the jewelry piece is done. JEWELRY 3D CAD 2D designs will be converted into the 3D by the jewelry engineers via computer-aided design software. Every dimensions, sizes, and color then become tangible and realistic. Customers will be able to see the actual sizes and dimensions in CAD design files, moreover by professional rendering techniques colors and finishing become realistic, so that customers can see and feel their designs in three dimension before producing the real pieces. JEWELRY 3D PRINTING The CAD file will be printed to achieve the feel of the physical object of the design concept and possibly calculating initial weight of metal WAX/METAL CNC Carving the wax, resin polymer, or metal by using a machine at high precise details which is limited to specific designs WAX HAND-CARVING The physical piece is made from wax and hand-carved by professional artists who are passionate and detail-oriented in sculpturing meticulous details in jewelry. MASTER PIECE FILING The 3D printed designs or wax-carved pieces will be casted in metal and the skillful metalsmith jeweler will perform final surface cleaning to achieve the perfect Master Piece. The Master Piece which will become the master mold must be perfect in every aspect in order to be ready for production. MOLD MAKING Rubber mold or silicone mold is used in order to be able to duplicate the Master Piece in a high number of quantities. The former is less durable than the latter and has lower shrinkage rate. WAX INJECTION Injecting the hot melted wax in rubber/ or Silicone mold and then duplicate the master piece in wax WAX SETTING Inlaying stones (just specific stones with high heat resistance) into the wax version of the jewelry piece which reduces the time and cost comparing to the traditional stone settingset after the metal is casted. STAMPING Stamping is a process of producing the jewelry piece by using dying, tubing, and pumping in order to achieve light weight jewelry CASTING One of the most important and complicated jewelry manufacturing process is using piece to make the plaster mold and fill the mold with the desired precious metal (the lost-wax technique) FILING A process of removing the casting surface (the rough top metal layer) to achieve a smooth surface which would be ready to be polished. Soldering the earring pins, making hings, locks, assembling the bracelet or necklace links, lockets, and so on are the actions that need to be done in this process by professional metal craftsmen. LASER WELDING Laser soldering/ welding is a very precise metal joining process in which pieces are soldered or joined by using the matching liquid metal applied by laser technique (beam?) TUMBLING Tumbling is a process that makes the jewelry surface shinier after the filing process. It is often done in bulk to reduce the time and cost of polishing for mass production POLISHING This process is to make the precious metal surface of the jewelry appealing with gleam and shine. SETTING Inlaying stones in jewelry by using microscope onto the metal surfaces or appropriate jewelry mounting matching the look and feel of the design SURFACE FINISHING There are different types of surface finishing depending on the designs and customer requirements that can embellish the jewelry piece, including different types of sandblasting, hammering, satin, matt (semi-polished), cross satin, florentine, ice, stoned, and so on. ENAMEL Depending on the designer’s concept and customer requirements, there are different types of cold and hot enamels, which can or/and cannot be polished post-enamel application. CRYSTAL GLUING Inlaying crystal stones into the jewelry mounting to achieve a very high sparkle and shines at a very affordable cost. As crytals have fragile reflective coating at the back unlike natural gemstones, they would need to be secured and protected by glue. PLATING Enhacement by adding coating layer/layers of metal in microns in order to change the color and aesthethic of the jewelry metal and to achieve even more lusterous finish and surface shine on the jewelry piece. LASER PRINTING ON METAL Printing any type of design, photo or color on the metal surface by using the laser beams to burn metal surfaces resulting in prints. LASER MARKING/ ENGRAVING Engrave any personalized text, design and photo on the jewelry piece. The engraving process can be deep (1 mm) and cut-out design QUALITY CONTOL All the jewelry manufacturing processes are checked by the skilled Quality Control team to monitor any possible defective pieces and to prevent defective details to pass to the next step PACKAGING Creating packaging, box designs and accessories, that match with the jewelry design presenting the best of what our customer needs
