Privacy Notice
Royi Sal Co., Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”). This Privacy Notice applies to everyone whose personal data we process in connection with the Company — website visitors, prospective and existing B2B customers, and job applicants, employees, workers, and contractors (together, “you”, “Data Subjects”).
Personal Data We Collect
Depending on your relationship with the Company, we may collect: identity data (name, national ID/passport, date of birth, photo); contact data (company name, job title, email, phone, address); business and order data (quotation requests, order history, shipping and billing details, for customers); website usage data (pages visited, IP address, device/browser type, cookies, for visitors); employment data (work history, position, employee code, work permit, bank account, for employees); and, where legally justified, sensitive personal data such as health, disability, biometric data, or religion, collected only with your explicit consent or under a legal exception such as workplace safety or statutory health checks.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on one or more of the following bases: (1) Contract — to fulfil an order or quotation for customers, or an employment contract for employees; (2) Legal Obligation — tax, labor protection, social security, and other statutory duties; (3) Legitimate Interest — responding to inquiries, maintaining CRM records, workplace security, and improving the Web Site; (4) Consent — marketing communications, non-essential cookies, and sensitive personal data, which you may withdraw at any time; (5) Vital Interest — to protect life, body, or health in an emergency; and (6) Public Interest — research, statistics, or official authority, with appropriate safeguards.
How We Use Your Information
For customers and website visitors: responding to quotation and product inquiries; processing and fulfilling wholesale/OEM orders; CRM record-keeping; sending updates about products, events, or promotions (opt-out available); and improving the Web Site.
For job applicants and employees: performing the employment contract; administering payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance; assessing skills and job performance; granting facility and system access for security purposes; and recruitment and onboarding.
Disclosure and Cross-Border Transfer
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with logistics and shipping partners, payment processors, IT service providers, or business partners under a Data Processing Agreement, or where required by law or a competent authority. As the Company serves international wholesale clients and may use overseas-hosted systems for employee data, personal data may be transferred outside Thailand; we take appropriate measures to ensure adequate protection and, where standards are inadequate, will notify you and obtain consent where required.
Retention
Business contact and transaction data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, typically up to 10 years after the last transaction, to meet accounting, tax, and legal requirements. Employee data is retained throughout employment and for 10 years after termination to protect or defend the Company’s legal rights, unless a shorter or longer period is required by law. Data is deleted or securely destroyed once no longer needed.
Security and Breach Notification
We use appropriate technical and administrative measures, including encryption of data transferred over the internet and access limited to relevant personnel. In the event of a data breach that risks your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee within the timeframe required by law and notify affected Data Subjects with details of remedial measures where required.
Cookies and Pixel Tags

We may use pixel tags to collect information about your visit, including the pages you view, the links you click and other actions taken in connection with our Web Sites and services. We also collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every web site you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring web site addresses. Analytics, advertising, and preference cookies can be managed or withdrawn at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the PDPA, you have the right to: access a copy of the personal data we hold about you; request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; request erasure where data is no longer necessary; request data portability to another controller where technically feasible; restrict how we process your data in certain circumstances; withdraw consent for marketing, cookies, or other consent-based processing at any time; object to processing based on legitimate interest; and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee. To exercise any of these rights, contact us in writing at the details below; we will respond within the timeframe required by law.
