All sales are final; once customer sends an order confirmation order cannot be canceled or changed
Defective items must be reported within 5 working days after receipt of the order together with the style no., & commercial invoice no., provided by Royisal Co., Ltd.
All incorrect items or shortages must be reported with commercial invoice no.,of the item in question when contacting the Royisal sales team.
Defective item must be returned within 30 days after receipt of the order together with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by Royisal Co., Ltd.
Returned items must be in the original condition. Royi Sal will need to charge for cost of repair, rework of returned used item if it is not on the original condition.
All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

The Royi Sal sales team will inform you of the packaging and return instructions upon providing you with the RMA number.
Please be aware that no credits or refunds will be issued unless agreed in advance
Please allow 4-8 weeks for us to receive and process the replacement merchandise.
